Despite common belief, rebels and other nonconformists make companies soar. A survey done on 2,000 employees showed that nearly half of the respondents work in nonconformity and the results were similar when surveyed higher level executives and managers. This is most prevalent in corporate jobs as conformity can slow down productivity. By telling employees the job at hand rather than how to do it, it helps increase productivity.
